This store's bulk purchases are not covered by shipping, please be aware of this.

All products in this store are tax-free. Please contact customer service to adjust the price if you need an invoice.

All drop-shipping items are priced with free shipping. For remote areas such as Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Ningxia, and Gansu, an additional 2 yuan for shipping will be charged. No delivery is provided in Xinjiang or Tibet.

After-sales issues:
The building block toys come with a package; no returns or exchanges are allowed. A free replacement is provided once, while multiple replacements require a shipping fee of 3 yuan.

For products with quality issues, return them for a refund directly.

For issues not related to quality, such as no-shows within seven days or items not desired during shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted.
Refunds after 6 AM every day must incur a shipping fee since the package has already been shipped.

If there are no objections to the after-sales issues, it will be assumed that the above plan is implemented.

1. Regarding Orders
1. Some of our products support one-shop distribution; those that do not allow it require orders to be placed based on a minimum quantity.
2. Due to the large number of products, the inventory for some items cannot be updated promptly. Please contact customer service.
II. Regarding Shipping
1. The shipping carriers are generally defaulted to Shentong, Zhongtong, Yousu, Anen, and Yimidiada.
2. If you prefer logistics, you can contact customer service to specify a shipping company for delivery. Generally, freight shipments are paid upon arrival.
III. Regarding Delivery
1. Regarding bulk orders, damage to the products or compression of the color boxes may occur during shipping. If this is caused by the logistics company specified by the customer, we will not be liable. If it is due to the courier service used for delivery, you can contact customer service for assistance.
2. The buyer should count the goods in front of the logistics personnel upon receipt. If the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are clear signs of opening or unpacking, please open and count the items in person. Any discrepancies must be resolved through face-to-face negotiation with the logistics company for compensation; we will actively cooperate. Otherwise, acceptance of the goods will be deemed without objections after delivery.
3. After receipt, according to the latest Alibaba regulations, the risk is now borne by the buyer, and our company will no longer be responsible for compensation. We hope you understand.
IV. Regarding After-Sales Service
1. All returned or exchanged items must have all accessories intact, with no obvious signs of damage. Otherwise, no return or exchange will be accepted. All returned or exchanged items should be sent back promptly. If the product is removed from sale due to discontinuation, no return or exchange will be provided.
2. Except for product quality issues, returns and exchanges will not be accepted due to other personal reasons (such as feeling the price is too high, not liking it, or it not matching expectations).
