【Ordering Instructions】
1. Product Order: The minimum order quantity for each product is 1,000 pieces. If the customer's order quantity is lower than the minimum order quantity, the unit price will slightly increase. Please communicate specifically with the sales representative.
2. Product Quotation: If the product is from our factory, customers can first check the reference prices and detailed information on our website, and then contact our sales personnel for a quotation based on their needs. If it's a customer's own style, it's best to provide physical samples so that we can calculate the accurate price. Looking at the picture can only estimate the approximate price. The final price is confirmed by the written contract with our factory, and the sample price is the standard. For orders with a large quantity, the price is more favorable, and the price is generally not inclusive of tax.
3. Product prototype: All styles of luggage bags can be made based on the physical sample or pictures provided by the customer. The customer can choose the fabric material according to their requirements to control the unit cost of the product. Generally, there are stock options for regular colors, while special colors require custom orders for the bulk production.
4. Order Contract: Both parties confirm the product style, quantity, unit price, color, material, LOGO manufacturing process, and delivery time, and then sign an order contract. All matters are subject to the provisions of the contract.
5. Production Time: The production time for stock fabrics is generally 15 days. For orders with urgent needs, we can arrange the production according to the workshop's production schedule and prioritize to ensure early delivery. For special materials and colors, the ordering time is about 10-20 days.
6. Packing Method: Each product is individually packaged in an OPP bag (transparent plastic bag), and is then placed in a high-quality, durable carton to prevent damage to the product during transportation due to impact.
Payment terms: A 30% deposit is required upon placing the order. You are welcome to inspect the goods at our factory before payment, and we will arrange for the shipment after the balance of 70% has been settled.
