1. We sell inflatable balloons that need to be inflated by customers themselves. Additionally, the product shipping fee is only a reference fee; please contact customer service to modify the shipping fee after submitting the order.

2. Due to the special nature of balloons, the average loss rate of domestic balloons is about 5%, so please order spare balloons according to the loss rate. Please check the quantity of goods in time after receiving the goods, and if there are no quality problems, we do not recommend exchanges or returns within 3 days. Thank you for your cooperation!

3. Since the balloons are counted manually, there may be a certain deviation in quantity, which is within the normal range of losses. Please do not mind if you do not like it.

4. When inflating, it is recommended to use devices that allow you to control the amount of air, such as pushing with your hands or stepping on the balloon. For aluminum film balloons, it is generally sufficient to inflate to about 80%. Stop inflating when there are fewer small wrinkles around the edges. Do not overinflate the balloon to prevent damage, which could affect its use and cause waste!
