Purchasing Terms

 Because each computer's monitor is different, the color difference in the clothes is within the normal range.

 All prices are for one piece (excluding shipping fees), please order in multiples of the number of pieces you need. If there are no items available after you place an order, we will notify you for a refund or a replacement. We do not accept complaints for orders that are out of stock.

Shipping and Handling Instructions

  Our company cooperates with the courier companies of China Post Express Mail and ZTO Express (China). We will default to send by China Post Express Mail.

Return and Exchange Principles
  Return and Exchange Policy: Upon receipt of the goods, carefully inspect the packaging for any damage. If there is any damage, please refuse to sign and immediately contact us. Otherwise, you are responsible for any losses caused. By agreeing to sign for the goods, you acknowledge that the quantity of the goods is correct. We will not accept any claims for missing goods after signing for the goods, including claims for compensation or compensation.
If customers discover any quality issues, please take photos within seven days of receipt to provide evidence and submit them to customer service. After this period, the item will be considered as passed. For clothing that has been resold by the customer after receipt, we will not provide any processing.

Note: The following situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
1. All clothes are photographed with actual items, but due to differences in photography techniques, monitors, and other reasons, there may be some minor color differences. These are not included in the exchange or return policy.
Sometimes, there may be individual sizes or wrong sizes in a batch, which are not included in the exchange or return policy.
3 Minor opening, small stains that can be removed (diameter less than 1CM), minor issues that do not affect sales are not included in the exchange or return policy.
4 Due to different washing processes, some dark-colored products may experience slight color fading, which is a natural phenomenon and is not covered by the exchange or return policy.
After receiving the clothes, if they are different from what you imagined or you don't like them, they are not included in the exchange or return policy.
6 different batches of clothing accessories, labels, components, or ribbing may be different. Loose threads, chalk marks, small areas of missing stitches, skipping stitches, and split stitches (within 5CM) are within the scope of processing. Minor loose threads, buttons that are not firmly stitched, minor stains that do not affect wearing, and slightly uneven stitching in less noticeable areas are not subject to returns.

The method of bearing the freight cost for the exchange of defective goods：
 The need for quality issues to take good photos and upload them to our customer service for record-keeping. Please do not send return and exchange items with a pre-paid payment, as items with a default payment method will be rejected.
If there are any returns of goods (regardless of whether there are quality problems), the company will not bear any form of postage. Customers with quality problems will bear the return freight, and our company will bear the postage for the shipment of the exchange goods.
