No stock custom-made ordering process
Step 1: The customer provides samples/patterns; provides the dimensions, and confirms if they are available and whether they can be produced. Regarding pricing: The images and prices of products on the internet are for reference only. The final price is determined based on the customer's material requirements, size requirements, and quantity requirements.
Step 2: Wait for our warehouse or factory to confirm the availability of the product. If there are stock available, we will ship the goods directly upon receipt of payment.
Step 3: For products that are not in stock and require custom-made, after confirming the price, the customer needs to arrange a 50% deposit or the full amount to facilitate the production process.
Step 4: If the customer requires a prototype, we provide a pre-production sample and charge a proportionate prototype fee. After the client's approval, we proceed with the production of the bulk order.
Step 5: Reasonably arrange the construction period. Once the goods are ready, notify the guests. If the guests need to confirm the sample again, we can provide it again.
Step 6: If there is any remaining payment, it can be made in two forms: Alipay and bank transfer.
Step 7: After the goods are dispatched, we will notify the client in time, or send a text message with the shipping order number, pick-up phone number, and other information.
