Instructions for use:
The top tips on both sides, the middle of the plate, and the protruding areas at both ends of the tail can be grasped!
The butterfly version is mostly used for various hand exercises, with a flat end forward and a pointed end backward. Due to its thickness and weight, it is not often used as a support board. However, this is not absolute—even "experts" often use it to practice leg strikes. Beginners, however, may find it too heavy and less buoyant, making it difficult to use. For leg strikes, rectangular types are more commonly used as support boards; they are thinner and lighter, with greater buoyancy.
The float is a tool for learning swimming. In professional training, it is used as an important auxiliary device to separate hand movements from leg movements.
