Ordering Process:

1. Our products are available for order in quantities of two pieces per style.
If the quantity of the order goods or styles is greater than 500 pieces, please consult the customer service (the customer service is the business) to inquire about the price to see if there is still room for negotiation.
3. The factory agrees to accept orders without seeing samples, but generally does not provide refunds or exchanges, except for quality issues. For large orders, it is strongly recommended to first see samples before placing orders to avoid any unnecessary problems later.
4. For OEM orders, please provide specific requirements and communicate with our customer service sales representative to discuss the sample details and delivery details in detail.

Payment Method:

Please contact customer service for a freight price adjustment for Alipay online transactions.
Bank transfer is available, and after the transfer, please provide a screenshot to the customer service.
OEM orders must pay a 30% deposit, and the balance must be paid in full before shipping.

Transport Mode:

The shipping cost may vary depending on the weight of the product, the region, and the type of freight you choose. Please consult our customer service for the specific details.
Our store's products do not include free shipping. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee. Please consult with our customer service through Alipay to help you choose a cheaper shipping option to save your costs.
The client can request a specific transportation method or send to a designated port or overseas warehouse, but the handling fee needs to be self-funded.

Buyer's Note:

1. The product warranty period is 3 months, and we will provide long-term repair services for long-term cooperation. During the service period, if there are quality problems with the product itself under normal use, our company will provide maintenance.
Exceptions apply if the following occur: product operation errors, user disassembly, modification of internal parts, or human-caused issues.

2. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for after-sales maintenance of the products sold. Our company has the right to refuse to accept any return products with freight collect, so please pay attention when shipping and thank you for your cooperation!

All our products are tested before shipment to ensure quality, and only after passing the test will we dispatch them. You can rest assured to purchase.
