II. Regarding Delivery

Please carefully check the surrounding area of the box when receiving it. If the buyer needs to return the item due to personal reasons, due to the damage caused by the return shipping, a 20% discount on the original price will be applied for a refund. If more than one month has passed, we do not offer returns or exchanges without quality issues. If there is no other option, please contact our customer service. 3. Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please ensure the package is inspected before delivery in front of the logistics or courier staff. The cardboard box is elastic, while the plastic toys are not, so there may be cases where the outer box remains intact but the contents are damaged. Please verify everything before signing for delivery. 5% damage to the product is within normal limits; the buyer can accumulate 200 yuan and then cover the logistics cost (only the shipping fee is reimbursed) to offset the next payment. The transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
