Please note before purchasing the boxed version of the action figure:
Due to the increased volume of the box after it is assembled, the shipping cost will be much higher, and the product is prone to damage during transportation. Therefore, if you purchase the boxed version, it will be shipped flat to you and you will have to assemble it yourself. If you need assembly, an additional shipping surcharge of 20 cents per item (e.g., for a set of 6, it will be 1.2 yuan) will be applied. If you do not contact customer service for the surcharge, the default shipping method will be to send the flat box to you. If you need to return the item because it has not been assembled in a box, you need to contact customer service and bear the round-trip shipping costs.


Before Buying Instructions
1. All action figures are defaulted to be bagged, and only those with clear specifications of being in a color box or boxed will come with a box (the mystery box term in the product link is merely for promotional purposes of some specifications, and the specific specification description of the order will be the final authority).
2. All action figures do not have a 7-day no-reason return policy. Once they are sent, they cannot be returned or exchanged (in exceptional circumstances, wholesale orders need to be negotiated with customer service, and for one-time shipment orders, the actual shipping fee must be deducted and the return shipping fee must be borne by the customer).
3. Slight scratches, imperfections, and glue watermarks are normal phenomena and not quality issues. They are not supported for returns or exchanges. If you are sensitive to these, please avoid purchasing. Quality issues are limited to: fractures, large-scale scratches, and delamination.
4. Quality issues must be reported to customer service within 72 hours of signing for processing. After the feedback deadline, no after-sales service will be processed (special cases can be negotiated with customer service).
5. Return Consensus: Based on a consensus, the return and refund process can only be handled if the product is 80% depreciated from the original purchase price, and the customer is responsible for both the return and forwarding fees.
