【Buyer's Note】
1. Buyer's Guide: Always open the package to inspect upon receipt, reject the goods immediately if there are any problems, and contact the shipper's phone number on the delivery slip. If someone else signs for you, it will be considered as your personal receipt. After signing, it represents no objections to the goods. If there are any quality issues with the goods, we will bear the return and exchange costs entirely. In case of any problems, the customer is responsible.
2. About shipping: Our store defaults to using ZTO Express. Buyers who have specified logistics or courier services can leave us a message. Customers who need to send by courier can have their goods shipped the same day if they place an order before 5 PM, and customers who need to send by logistics can have their goods shipped the same day if they place an order before 6 PM.
3. Regarding colors: Please note that if there are any color requirements, the customer must specify the color of the product in the comment box at the bottom (that is, in the buyer's message). If the colors are mixed, it will be considered random shipping and is not covered under after-sales services.
4. Regarding addresses: please double-check the shipping address before submitting it to ensure it is the correct place for you to receive the goods. Once the goods are dispatched, it is very difficult to recover them. The damage caused by repeated handling in logistics can be quite severe. We ship the goods based on the shipping address provided after payment has been made.
5. Regarding packaging: Due to the inherent challenges of shipping, especially for products in blister packaging (e.g., head-turning dolls), we recommend that customers who have strict packaging requirements should purchase the entire box to ensure that the products inside the original shipping box are less likely to be damaged.
6. About returns: Please communicate with the seller before deciding to return the product to discuss the reasons for the return, the address, and the details of the shipping costs. If the return is made without prior agreement, we will not accept it.
Spring Festival Shipping Notice: Dear customers, our store's default China Post and YTO Express have stopped shipping as of the 17th. We will begin our holiday from the 20th. If you need to ship by postal or SF Express during the 18th to 19th, please contact our customer service to modify the shipping fee.
