For mixed batch orders, choose to ship with a wooden crate (the cost of the wooden crate please contact the customer service), and any damage that occurs during transportation will be borne by our factory. We will either send a replacement or provide a discount for the next order. For those who do not use wooden crates, both parties will share the cost of damaged goods equally. Please only place your order if you agree to this. We kindly ask our clients to open the boxes as soon as they arrive and check the goods. You can contact us within 24 hours of receipt to provide pictures of the damaged items. If no damage is reported within 24 hours after receipt, and then later claim damage, we will not be responsible for compensation.

All are handmade crafts, with minor imperfections, bubbles, sand holes, and spots on the metal surface. There is no such thing as perfection in ceramic products. Perfectionists please be cautious. All Jianmei products are photographed from the actual items. The product images may exhibit varying degrees of color differences on different displays or mobile phones, which is normal. Please refer to the actual item you receive for accuracy.

Our store has set a minimum order amount of 500 yuan for mixed batch products. Due to the irregular shapes of our crafts, we recommend using wooden crates for mixed batch orders (the cost of the wooden crates is not included and should be contacted with our customer service). Mixed batch orders take longer to package, and sometimes we may experience staffing shortages. Therefore, we do not guarantee that we will ship within one or two days. In normal circumstances, we aim to dispatch within 10 days. Please understand and be patient. For large orders, please contact customer service to confirm the shipping date.
