For minimum order quantities, the quantity of the related products must meet the standard factory shipment quantity per box. For mixed batch products, they can be purchased individually or mixed with multiple products.

1. About Shipping

1、Default delivery method: Yunda Express, China Cargo, Yousu Express, etc.Please note that the delivery will be arranged by the warehouse. We do not accept specific courier requests.

2. Specify logistics can be explained to the customer service. (Logistics default to self-collection, freight to be paid upon delivery)

3. The spot payment will be shipped within 48 working hours, and no delivery will be made on holidays and weekends. The specific time will be subject to the agreement with the recipient and the customer service.

4. If there is a shortage, we will contact the customer to inform them of the shortage reason and confirm whether to exchange the goods. If we cannot contact the recipient within three days, the goods in stock will be sent first, and the missing goods can be handled by contacting the customer after the arrival of the goods.

1. Support mixed batch products can be ordered according to the company's minimum order quantity; except for those specifically noted for multiple pieces, the rest are single price, [mixed, random, and other words are all single price]. 2. If the customer needs to confirm the sample, they can apply to the customer service for sample collection and placing an order. The customer service will make a record (products that are ordered in full boxes generally do not support sample collection). After the sample is confirmed, if the return order is over 5000 yuan, the sample fee can be refunded, limited to products under 50 yuan.
