Color Difference Explanation: Due to differences in background lighting and the color reproduction of computer monitors, color differences and colors of the goods may vary, which are beyond our control and are not considered quality issues. The goods are subject to actual items. Most of them are handcrafted, and if you are very sensitive to color differences and minor imperfections, please carefully consider before making a decision to order.
About shipping: After the buyer makes the payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Generally, if the payment is made before 4 PM, the goods will be sent the same day. (Excluding weekends.) If there is a shortage, we will contact you by phone or Alipay to inform you. When shipping, there are dedicated packing personnel to check the shipping documents and the goods. After confirming the accuracy, they will sign the shipping document and then pack the goods together and send them out.
Express Logistics: We default to using our cooperating express service. If you require another express service, please contact our online customer service. If the express service does not deliver or if you urgently need the goods, please contact customer service to change to Shenfeng and China Post Express. For large consignments, please inform the customer service of the logistics company address and the name of the freight station to facilitate your pickup of the goods in a short time and at a nearby location. We solemnly declare that both express and logistics services are beyond our control, and please do not use the service attitude or the time it takes to arrive as a basis for our evaluation.
04 About Receiving: Please personally sign for the goods upon delivery. If the delivery is accepted by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as if you have personally signed. Please ensure that you open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the delivery.
