Here are some common issues that occur during the sample production process

Sample production: We accept sample production of products. You can contact us first, and we will inform you about the product material, weight, thickness, and applicable range, and ensure it meets your requirements. You may also provide a photo concept or design drawings; we will design and layout them on your behalf and confirm the details.

II. Mass Production of Products: For custom items, our company requires customers to confirm or obtain a sample first. Only after the sample is approved will we proceed with mass production following a signed agreement, to avoid errors during manufacturing.

Regarding product transactions:

You can place orders and make payments directly on our website. The prices listed on our website are retail and wholesale prices. The retail price is the marked price, while other prices refer to smaller wholesale quantities.

2. Offline transactions: The parties sign an agreement, and all transactions are conducted according to the agreement.

All products in this store do not include shipping or taxes. If an invoice is required, a tax rate fee will be added before issuing a VAT special invoice. Due to our monthly invoicing volume being large, we require an invoice amount of at least 5000 yuan to issue an invoice.

Regarding payment:

1. Orders supporting online transactions can be paid via Alipay.

II. For offline orders, payment is made via bank transfer. If a sample is produced first, a sample fee is paid upfront. After the sample is approved, a contract is signed between both parties. A 30% deposit is paid first, and production begins once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is paid before goods are shipped. (We support bank transfers and Alipay/WeChat payments, with immediate settlement.)

Regarding shipping:

Shipping is scheduled at 5 PM every day on time; if the deadline is exceeded, shipping will occur the next day. If you have any special requests, please contact customer service promptly. Please sign for the item in front of the courier when receiving it.

Regarding returns and exchanges:

One: The product can be returned or exchanged within 7 days without affecting further sales, and the shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
