★ Shipping Instructions
1. Regarding shipping, we use Yuantong Express; Huitong does not specify a shipping method. After the payment including both the purchase price and shipping fee is made, we will ship within 48 hours. We will contact you in advance if there are any issues.
2. Regarding logistics: The shipping fees are typically payable at the destination. The goods must be picked up at the delivery station. The shipping service can be provided by the customer themselves (please provide the Yiwu shipping contact information), or we can select the most suitable option for you! (Note: We can only estimate the freight cost for the buyer on our side; the actual fee depends on the amount upon pickup. We can control the shipping time, but we cannot guarantee the arrival time at the delivery station. Please understand this, thank you! We do not accept returns due to freight issues; generally, we will choose the cheapest shipping option for you. We operate a business, not short-term transactions.)
Note: The goods will be packaged in cartons on top of the original packaging, with additional wrapping. The company will not bear any issues arising during shipping; those who mind this may proceed with the purchase carefully.
Orders within 500 within the limit must be opened for inspection on the spot after receiving the goods. If any damage is found, compensation must be sought from the courier company.
Orders above 500 must be verified in person with the logistics company before pickup if there is any packaging damage. If damage occurs, compensation will be provided by the logistics company.
(Customers often report that shipping costs are a bit high. In fact, we try our best to reduce the price as much as possible. Sometimes, to save a few dollars on logistics fees for the customers, we compare prices with several different suppliers. After all, the lower the price, the better our business will be, so we also hope that the shipping costs can be as low as possible.)
III. Return and Exchange Services:
Buyers (clients) who request refunds frequently due to product quality, shipping, or other reasons, please ignore them.
2. After receiving the item, if any quality issues are found with the product, please contact us immediately. We agree to a replacement, but do not offer returns (or refunds). The round-trip shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer. If the buyer is unable to accept this, please consider carefully.
3. For items with no quality issues that require return (exchange), our company does not support such requests!
4. If the customer causes damage to the product during use and requests repair, we can perform the repair. The costs incurred during the repair process (including shipping) shall be borne by the buyer.
