 1. The fabrics are all in bulk (about 150 meters), so it's not possible to open them to check for defects. If you happen to find a few defects, they are all part of the natural variation.

 This is a normal phenomenon. Most wholesale customers are aware of it, but some may not understand.

 2. All products, if any quality issues are found in bulk shipments, should be reported to the company within three days from the date of delivery. The parties should then consult and resolve the issue through negotiation.

 After being cut or beyond the expiration date, the product is not eligible for exchange or refund.

 3. Because all items are in stock, the colors of each batch may vary slightly. If you cannot accept this, please be cautious when placing your order.

 5. Due to the fabric being a semi-finished product, if it is not purchased in rolls (cut pieces), non-quality issues do not allow returns or exchanges.
