About shipping costs: All quotes do not include shipping fees. Sample fabrics are sent by courier and the cost is borne by the buyer. For bulk orders, shipping is done by logistics and the cost is paid by the buyer upon arrival. If there are quality issues leading to a return or exchange, and it is our fault, we will bear the shipping costs for the return or exchange.
