Product color difference:

 Color difference has always been a challenge in online trade. Multiple factors such as cameras, lighting, and display screens can cause color differences between the images and the actual products. The product images provided by our factory were taken with a DSLR camera under ordinary lighting, which results in relatively small color differences. However, color difference is an unavoidable issue. We hope that buyers will understand this. For buyers who are very particular about color, we suggest purchasing in a physical store.

Transport damage:

 Our factory has extremely safe transportation packaging measures, which can ensure over 99% transportation safety. However, in China, logistics and courier services are unpredictable, so please open the box to check the integrity of the goods before signing for them.

  Logistics costs are the buyer's responsibility, and if you need to make a wooden crate, you will have to pay for the material cost, but the labor cost is free. Generally, the cost for a wooden crate is around 30-50 yuan based on the volume.
 Our factory defaults to using Dewang Logistics for shipping. If customers find Dewang to be too expensive, they can contact me in advance to use other smaller logistics companies. Our factory sells crafts, which are all fragile items. With Dewang Logistics, we hope that buyers will open and inspect the goods on the spot.  Our factory has professionals to provide maintenance, which is generally free of charge. Crafts do not belong to furniture, and we do not have a warranty period. For minor issues caused by transportation, such as loose corners, you need to paste them yourself; if the pressure during transportation causes slight deformation, leading to an imbalance in placement, you need to stick foot pads, etc. We suggest that you repair it yourself to avoid the risk of secondary damage during the return logistics.
