We strive to keep the defect rate to less than 3%. When we dispatch the goods, we check them carefully to try to remove any defective shoes and continuously reduce the defect rate. We aim to deliver the best products to our customers, ensuring a long-lasting partnership. We refuse to accept irresponsible and malicious reviews. There is no standard definition of quality for footwear and apparel, so the same pair of shoes can have many satisfied customers and some dissatisfied ones. For those buyers who are overly strict with quality, I suggest they avoid ordering from our store from the start and look for other suppliers.

The shoe surface diamond decoration is loose/uneven, the shoe light is not lit, the needle eye, thread head, and surface contact with glue, small peeling, odor, color difference, small stains, the thickness of the material, the color difference and pore size of genuine leather... and imagination, this does not belong to quality problems.

2. Some shoe seams may have loose threads, and there may be glue stains left after bottom edges are glued, as well as minor edges on injection molded soles.
