1. Freight Instructions
Our store defaults to sending parcels by courier, with the default courier being ZTO Express (ZTO) (in some cases, we may choose other couriers due to special reasons, such as regional restrictions, inaccessible areas, etc.). If the quantity is large, please contact our customer service via Alibaba Messenger for logistics services. For smaller quantities, we will use courier services; for larger quantities, we will use logistics operations. The courier fee is simply calculated by the seller and reported to the merchant. For logistics, the buyer bears the cost on a collect basis. All transportation is completed by third-party logistics companies, which are beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time provided by our company is for reference only and is not part of the contract and cannot be used as a reason for returning goods.

3. Color Difference between the Product and the Image
All products are photographed with high-definition pixels to as accurately as possible represent the angles and colors of the products themselves. However, due to the different resolutions of each computer, there may be color differences. Furthermore, products may be updated and redesigned due to batch adjustments. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy. All dimensions are measured manually, with an error of 1-2CM considered normal.
4、Signature Instructions
1. Receipt: Please the buyer personally verify the parcel upon receipt and sign after confirming the contents are correct. If you find: incorrect quantity, damaged goods, please seal it back in its original condition and refuse to sign immediately, and contact the customer service in front of the courier. After confirmation by customer service, you can return it (if you return without contacting customer service, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees). Once the receipt is signed, the store will not be responsible for any responsibility, please pay attention! If problems occur after others sign, it is the same, so please make sure to sign personally!
2. Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company (it is recommended to choose logistics companies with insurance such as DEBON and BEST). However, we will do our best to assist the customer in resolving this issue. Our company will help the customer to contact the courier or claim compensation. Please (or other consignee) must check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.
3. Return: Any items rejected, intercepted, or returned without prior notification to our customer service and confirmation will be at the buyer's own expense for both ways shipping (including orders with free shipping).
5. About After-sales Service and Exchange/Return
Return Policy -- If the product itself suffers from quality issues leading to the loss of its intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or connecting the wires... Selling toys requires the ability to repair toys).
2. For reasons such as poor sales, not as good as expected, defects, burrs, etc., which are not due to quality issues of the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange service. (Please contact customer service as soon as possible after receiving the goods within 15 days to assist with handling the after-sales service. If it exceeds 15 days, we will not handle it. Please be informed.)
3. If there is a missing or short shipment of the product, please contact us to apply for a refund for the corresponding product and the corresponding shipping fee. If the after-sales problem requires reissue, our company will normally reissue the product at the end of the week after receiving the reissue request. In the event of special circumstances, such as delays in the supply of components from the factory..., the reissue will be delayed accordingly. The specific time limit is subject to the actual dispatch of our company.
Our store products are not supported by retail customers for personal use. Orders of this type are not supported for returns or exchanges, and after-sales service is not available. (Orders of less than 12 sets (excluding 12 sets) are considered retail orders and are not supported for returns, exchanges, or after-sales service.
6. About Shipping
Our store's shipment volume is increasing day by day, and because toy products move too fast, we often run out of stock. Especially during the peak sales season, sales volume increases, and we often run out of stock after a while. Therefore, it is possible that some orders may not be available after placing them. Therefore, it is normal for the shipping period to be one to three days. We will try to arrange early shipment as much as possible. We will try to ship the goods on the same day if we have them, and we will arrange the goods within three days for those without them. Please understand and forgive!
The solution to the shortage problem: In general, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reason and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. If we cannot contact the consignee, the default principle is to send as much as we can according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the purchaser.
