The final price is calculated based on the complexity of the pattern, the fabric, the quantity, the size, and the packaging, etc. 3. Customized goods will not be sent without prior private photography. 4. Customized plush toys cannot be canceled after the order is placed. Please confirm before shooting. 5. The original factory can make patterns and restore them, with sufficient production capacity and support for urgent orders.
Customization Instructions
1. Customized goods are not supported for returns or exchanges, and there is a free revision service available for 1-2 times (limited to adjustments that do not change the original design; no additional requirements will be accepted). 2. The sample making and production cycle are subject to the communication between both parties. It starts from the day the order is placed, excluding any modifications and public holidays. 3. We cannot guarantee 100% consistency between the fabric/color and the design draft. We will choose a fabric that is as close as possible to create the product.
