How long does it take to ship my order after I place it? What courier do you use?

The shipping time is that orders before 18:00 will be sent the same day, and orders after 18:00 will be shipped the next day. In case of special circumstances (such as bad weather, overloaded courier, holidays, etc.), the shipping time will be delayed and we will notify you in time.

3. How many items are required for a small order?

The minimum order quantity for trial sales is low, and we can make up for stock as we sell. Our factory is launching a special small-quantity custom service (starting with one piece of knitted fabric and 60 pieces for woven fabrics), which gives us an advantage over our competitors. Trial sales are no longer a problem.

4. About the sample model mannequin size?

Our factory has been dedicated to providing cross-border customers with European and American women's clothing supplies for over 10 years. Therefore, our factory's sample models are all based on European and American standards. All clothing styles are larger than those of our competitors, and the materials are sufficient!

5. About the sample fee?

Our sample fee standard is 300 yuan per piece, and for complex samples, it's 500 yuan per piece. After placing an order, we will fully refund the sample fee.

6. About the delivery date for custom orders?

We usually deliver the goods within 7-10 days. The procurement time for a turnkey project is usually 3 days, but if the face materials need to be specially customized, it will take more than 7 days.

7. About the problem of returning after-sales?

Spot wholesale comes with a full warranty and a refund policy within 7 days of receiving the goods if there are any quality issues. For custom orders, there is no refund or exchange policy if there are no quality issues, as these are unique products tailored to your specific requirements and are not allowed to be returned.
