★ After-sales Service
1. We do not accept returns in principle. If the product has quality problems due to factory defects, we can negotiate for a exchange. However, the transportation costs need to be borne by the buyer. We cannot accept the situation where the exchange is sent together with the next shipment. The freight costs are the responsibility of the customer!
