Section 2: About Color Difference
Due to the influence of weather, light, and other factors, as well as the different resolutions of displays, there may be certain color differences, which cannot be avoided and do not constitute quality issues. Our products are all photographed from actual items, and we strive to provide you with comprehensive image displays.
3. Freight Issues
If the quantity is small, it can be sent by courier. If the quantity is large, it can be sent by logistics. The cost of courier or logistics is borne by the buyer, and the seller does not bear any costs. (Note: the freight of the goods, we can only help the buyer estimate, the actual freight is the main amount when the goods are picked up, the shipping time is within our control, but the arrival time of the freight station is beyond our control, please understand!)
IV. Receipt Instructions
1. When buyers pick up their goods from the logistics company, they should inspect the goods in front of the logistics freight company personnel. If the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and tampered with, please open and count the goods in front of the logistics company to resolve any discrepancies. If the problem cannot be resolved, please do not take the goods until you contact us at the freight station for consultation. Otherwise, signing the receipt will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
2. Buyers who send express deliveries are requested to sign for the parcel when they receive it, and to check it in person to ensure that it is correct. Please especially when the outer packaging is damaged, make sure to check whether there are any missing items or damage to the products before signing. If you find: incorrect quantity, damaged goods, please do not sign immediately and seal it back in its original condition, and contact us in front of the courier. We will then contact the courier company to resolve the issue; if there is an inaccurate quantity after signing, we have the right to refuse to handle it, please pay attention.
Section 5: About Shipping
The factory mainly exports to the foreign trade, and the electronic toy products are shipped too fast, often leading to stockouts. Especially during the peak season of online sales, the sales volume of electronic toys increases, so it is possible that some orders may not be available after placing them. Therefore, it is normal for the shipping period to be two to three days. We will try to arrange the shipment as early as possible. We will try to deliver the goods on the same day if we have them, and we will arrange to match the goods within three days for those without stock. Please understand and forgive! The solution to the shortage of stock problem: First, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the reason for the shortage, obtain their consent to replace the style or color, etc.
Six. After-sales Service
1. If you find any quality issues with our products after signing for them, please contact our customer service within 12 hours and provide photos and videos. After this time, we reserve the right to not process the issue.
We do not accept returns in principle, but we can negotiate for a product exchange if there are quality issues due to the factory. (Most problems can be solved by changing the battery, adjusting the placement of the battery, connecting the wire head... etc., and selling toys requires the ability to repair toys.) However, the transportation costs must be borne by the buyer. The exchanged product must ensure that it does not affect secondary sales. After receiving the returned product, we will send the exchanged product together with the next customer's order. We cannot accept sending together at the time of the next shipment. The freight costs are the responsibility of the customer! Before returning, you must inform our factory's Alibaba customer service!!!
2. Due to the special nature of electronic products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all electronic products sold by our company do not apply to the three guarantees policy. If problems arise after use, we do not assume any responsibility. If we are able to solve these problems within our capabilities, we will help, but all related costs will be borne by the customer. Special products are handled according to the relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and the guests.
3. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: damaged or incomplete packaging of the returned product, incomplete accessories or related materials, unauthorized repair or modification, use or storage not in accordance with normal methods, and goods beyond the post-sale service period.
