批发售后规则

 

1，破损故障表换货处理

快递签收后7天内无反馈破损故障的，默认产品全部良好。

订单2个月以内的问题表待累积10个以上，联系客服进行换货，来回邮费由我方（售方）负责；

未累积10个的，换货邮费由买方负责；订单超过2个月以上的，不做换货处理。

为让客户拿到更有价格优势的产品，本身低值薄利，手表数量较少时可能运费高于产品本身价值，请各位谅解。

 

2，非故障表的换货处理

产品非质量问题时（包括细小瑕疵），需进行换货处理的，根据以下折价更换同款不同色或其他款式：

订单1个月内按照货值9折计算，换货邮费由买方承担；

订单2个月内按照货值8折计算，换货邮费由买方承担；

订单3个月内按照货值7折计算，换货邮费由买方承担。

超过3个月的订单不做售后处理。

当换货数量超过500个或换货数量超过对应订单数量的50%、或售后款式为清仓款式时不做退换货处理。

 

关于混批

拿货比较零散，一款一两个，款式多单款数量少的订单，因所订款式太零散，配货查获耗费大量时间，所以如有缺货颜色的，将增加同款的数量或发同款的其它颜色替代发货，凑齐订单总数发货，请知悉。

 

关于发货

由于每天发货量巨大，批发客户在发货前只做外观检查，难免有瑕疵品夹于期间，请遵照上面第1，2条进行换货处理。
