II. Shipping Rules:

1. There are mainly two ways of shipping. If the quantity is not large, it is recommended to use express delivery. For small packages, Zhongtong is the default provider, and they can deliver to your doorstep, which is convenient and fast. When the quantity is larger, logistics services are more cost-effective. However, the buyer needs to pick up the goods from the logistics company. The logistics provider can be specified, and we can also recommend the most suitable and convenient logistics company based on the actual situation.
2. Shipping will occur approximately 1–2 days after payment, except in special cases. Due to the imperfect backend of Alibaba, the actual shipping time is based on the scanning records, not on the “click to ship” action in the backend. The logistics information will be based on the updated tracking number and phone number.
3. Customers with designated logistics providers must contact customer service and inform them, as we need to call local agents to confirm whether the unloading location is within your area and if the price is reasonable. If you fail to contact customer service and as a result, delivery cannot be arranged, please understand. We will contact you later to confirm the delivery. The time lost during this period is not considered a delay; the chat records will serve as proof.
4. For locations with direct delivery, items usually arrive in about 2 to 4 days; for those requiring transit, it may take one to two days longer. Exceptional cases are not included. III. After-sales Rules
