Sample production: We accept the production of crystal crafts in various shapes. You can contact us first, and we will inform you about the material, craftsmanship, and applicable uses of the product, and ensure it meets your requirements. You may also provide photos, concepts, or design drawings (preferably in CDR format), and we will design and confirm them for you.

A:1 In principle, there are no restrictions on the number of orders, but very small quantities may result in higher prices.

In general, we charge a certain sample fee and the shipping cost is paid at receipt. (Generally, the sample delivery takes 2–5 days, excluding transportation time).

3D laser products: 3D printing fees range from 200 to 600 RMB (depending on the product size), with the customer obtaining the right to use the 3D pattern. If your order volume is large, this fee will be refunded to you.

4 To reduce the bulk production costs, some products require mold manufacturing, and we will charge an appropriate mold fee. This amount will also be refunded to you based on the size of your order.
5 samples delivery: We will send the samples in the manner you requested, and the shipping cost for the samples shall be borne by the purchaser.

6 Quality: Most crystal products are handcrafted, and minor size variations should be acceptable.

7 Shipping: According to your requirements, we will ship the products to the designated warehouse or port. We ensure the packaging of the products is safe.

8 Payment Methods: Wire transfer or bank transfer. The sample fee and shipping fee will be charged after the payment is received, and production will begin once the funds are available.

Custom Crystal Guide

C: 1. No matter how many the company logo and text are, as long as they fit, we will engrave them for free. The coloring on each trophy will be priced based on the complexity of your work; standard colors cost 1–2 yuan per trophy.

2. For logos and text, if purchasing less than 5 trophies, a fee of 10 yuan per item is required. Vector images in AI, .CDR, or .PSD formats must be provided. The resolution in JPG or BMP image formats must not be less than 500*500 pixels. Handwritten signatures should be written using a pen or marker with thick ink.

Please send it in the form of a scan or digital photo; the fee = LOGO.

The 3 font types are determined by the typographer. Regular fonts can be requested to be changed. For special or unusual fonts, please provide the font installation package yourself.

5 Font Requirements: Small Song, Medium Song, and any font containing “Song” cannot be engraved or sandblasted. (Excluded are Song Black Type or fonts with a character height of over 15 mm).

It is recommended to use the .cdr format for the final draft documents, and the storage versions are: coreldrw9.0 1 2 1 4.

All 8 vector files must be compressed and grouped. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any content loss.

In 9 layout, the content must be monochrome—black. If color filling is required, use arrows for indication.
