Regarding returns and exchanges due to quality issues
1.If any quality issues with the product are discovered within 15 days of receipt (based on the delivery receipt date), please contact customer service immediately. Claims after this period will not be accepted. The defective product must be kept in its original packaging (please bring your own packaging; do not attach or write on the original manufacturer's box). For returns exceeding 5 kilograms, our company will cover the return shipping cost. Returns of 5–10 kilograms should be sent via regular logistics; we will cover the shipping cost. We do not accept expensive carriers such as Deppon and Jiajie, or Tianti Huayu; any violation may result in you bearing the shipping cost.
2.Please contact the after-sales customer service before returning the item. Please also fill out the after-sales form to enable us to track your return and handle it promptly.
3.For customer specifications regarding product colors or styles, we will do our best to meet them, but we cannot guarantee 100%. No returns or exchanges will be provided if the colors or styles do not match.
4.For goods damaged during transportation, we consider it very troublesome for customers to seek compensation directly from the logistics company. Therefore, our company will take full responsibility. However, the claim must be made within 3 days after receipt, and the after-sales service form must be completed and submitted within the same period. If the claim is not made within the 3-day period after receipt, it will be assumed that the goods were intact upon receipt.
5.For cases where goods not sold by our company are sent to our company, we reserve the right to refuse processing all returns or exchanges and have the customer cover the shipping costs, with the goods being returned directly to the customer.
6.The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges:
The packaged returned product is damaged or incomplete, and the accessories or relevant documents are missing.

2.The returned goods must be properly packaged (please bring your own packaging; do not attach or write on the original manufacturer’s box). Ensure the packaging is unfolded and sealed, unused, and suitable for resale (otherwise, no return or exchange will be provided).
3.For customer specifications regarding product colors or styles, we will do our best to meet them, but we cannot guarantee 100%. If the colors or styles do not match, we will not bear the shipping costs.
4.Due to the longer return and exchange period provided, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for products that have been removed from our catalog.
5.For returns due to quality issues, our company will refund 20% off the original price. If the received goods show severe damage, we will provide product images to the customer and negotiate a solution with you based on the level of usability. The payment will be refunded to your Alipay account or to your prepaid balance.
Due to differences in shipping costs in the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions, customers who need to return or exchange items should first contact our after-sales customer service, and the two parties can resolve the issue through negotiation.

Generally, the fee is 0.5 yuan per kilogram based on weight, and 80–120 yuan per cubic meter based on volume, depending on the distance. For small goods, the shipping cost for products worth 800 yuan is around 15–30 yuan, while in remote areas or regions requiring transit, the cost is 40–50 yuan per item.
