1. Are all the styles available in your store in stock?

Hey, hello! All styles on the website are available in stock. Typically, we have about 200 pieces of each color in our safety inventory. If your order quantity is large, please contact customer service in advance so we can restock for you promptly.

2. How long does it take to ship after I place the order? What shipping method will be used?

Hey, hello. The delivery is handled by Zhongtong Express by default. If you need another carrier, please contact customer service. Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped on the same day; orders after 1:00 PM will be shipped the next day. Deliveries may be delayed due to special circumstances (such as bad weather, overflowing courier inventories, or holidays) and we will notify you promptly.

3. What is the minimum order quantity for small orders?

The minimum order quantity for trial batches is low, and popular products can be restocked while still being sold. Our factory specially offers small-batch customization (for knitting, the minimum order is 1 piece per cloth; for woven fabrics, it’s 60 pieces), giving us an advantage over competitors. There are no issues with trial batches at all.

4. Regarding the size of the mockup model stand?

Our factory has been focusing on providing cross-border customers with European and American women's clothing for 10 years. Therefore, the model sizes used for sampling are based on European and American standards. All garments have larger sizes and use more materials than those of other competitors!

5. Regarding the sampling fee?

The sample fee standard is 300 yuan per piece, and for more complex items, it is 500 yuan per piece. We will refund the entire sample fee after order placement.

6. Regarding the issue of custom delivery date?

We typically deliver within 7–10 days. For labor and materials included in the package, the procurement time is usually 3 days; for special custom designs of fabrics and accessories, it takes over 7 days.

7. Regarding return and after-sales issues?

In the case of spot wholesale, if there are quality issues within 7 days after receiving the goods, full warranty and return are provided. Regarding custom orders, no returns or exchanges are allowed if there are no quality issues, as it is the only product specially crafted for you according to your requirements, and therefore cannot be returned.
