Common Q&A:
Can an induction cooker be used?
Hey, currently available ceramic pot and induction cooktops cannot be used stably and reliably, so induction cooktops are not suitable~~This product works with all self-heating stoves such as open flame, gas stoves, natural gas and electric pottery stoves, electric heating stoves, infrared stoves, microwave ovens (large capacity), ovens, and more!
Does this pot have a coating?
Hey, there is no coating. This product is made of full ceramic material. It is a heat-resistant ceramic pot made by molding at 1300 degrees Celsius. There cannot be any coating. The surface has a high-temperature protective glaze that ensures stable properties, with resistance to rapid temperature changes without cracking. Most coatings on pots on the market become unstable after 250 degrees Celsius and may peel off over time. However, our heat-resistant pot has passed tests by SGS and national testing centers, meeting the standard for no cracking during rapid temperature changes from 400 degrees to 200 degrees Celsius. The material does not contain lead or cadmium. Therefore, there is no such thing as a coating, nor any toxic substances. It has excellent thermal stability, so please use it with confidence.
How should the new pot be handled?
Hey, our pot doesn’t require any special treatment. Just wash it with clean water and use it directly. If you feel the packaging has a strong smell, you can first boil a pot of clean water to remove the odor. Please note not to soak the pot in water for a long time. If small droplets of water fall when heated after soaking, it’s normal. Just cook over low heat until no more water droplets fall. Use it with confidence!
