The products in this store support single-item wholesale and mixed orders. Mixed orders: orders starting from 100 yuan (mixed orders can diversify your product range and also facilitate capital turnover). After the customer selects the products and quantity required from this store, they can make the payment (if there are any questions about product information, they can contact customer service for assistance). Once paid, we will prepare the goods according to the list provided by the customer. If any product is out of stock during the preparation process, customer service will contact the customer to ask if they would like to receive a replacement or a refund for that specific product. After the goods are verified and sealed, they will be shipped using the delivery method chosen by the customer. Most products in this store are available for customization, and the types of customization include (1. Laser printing, 2. Printing, 3. Mold making custom orders)
1. The laser customization process is as follows: select the product → make payment → send requirements and high-resolution images → design layout → obtain client confirmation → factory produces the item → package and ship.
2. The printing customization process is as follows: select the product → make payment → provide requirements and high-resolution images → generate renderings → obtain client confirmation → the factory produces the item → package and ship it.
3. The mold-making and customization process is as follows: provide a high-resolution 3D image or source file → then create a clay sample (approximately 15–20 days) → once the clay sample is approved by the customer, proceed with mass production (also approximately 15–20 days) (specific costs or questions can be addressed to customer service). Returns or exchanges are not accepted for customized products unless there are quality issues.
Our default shipping provider is Zhongtong Express. The product prices do not include shipping fees, delivery costs, or taxes (these shall be paid by the customer). All products in the store are available immediately for purchase, and the items displayed on the page that can be ordered are in stock. Please feel free to make your purchase. Due to the wide variety of products and high daily sales volume, there may be occasional situations where certain items are not promptly removed from sale, resulting in shortages. We apologize for this and will contact you via phone or Wangwang message to resolve the issue.
If any issues arise with the product, please contact the customer promptly for assistance. The store offers a 7-day exchange policy, provided that the item does not affect our secondary sales. Shipping costs for non-quality issues must be borne by the buyer. All product photos are taken with real items; due to differences in lighting and monitors, there may be color variations. Such issues are not considered quality problems. The actual color should be based on the received item. Due to updates or quality improvements, some products may have changes in configuration, color, or style—no notice will be given. Please refer to the actual received item. The prices of store products are based on the day's settlement price, and prices are adjusted downward based on rising raw material costs without further notification. If there is no shipping record or no delivery after 10 days of payment, please call for inquiry or contact Wangwang customer service to avoid any complications. The transaction ends once the customer receives the product. If the customer has any questions after receiving the product, they can contact the customer service agent they consulted during purchase for better after-sales support.
Please check the quantity and quality within 3 days of receiving the goods. If any issues arise, contact customer service immediately to report and resolve them. If there are no objections after 3 days of receipt, the transaction is considered complete. For returns due to "subjective dissatisfaction" or "desired qualities not met as imagined," the shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer. Professional packaging is carefully inspected before shipment. If damage or quality problems occur during transportation and lead to a return, the shipping cost will be covered by the purchaser! (In case of damage during transport, the buyer may claim compensation from the logistics company.) Please do not return products not from our company, to avoid any inconvenience in resending them.
