Buyers, please note regarding the scent: The umbrella fabric is treated with a special coating process to enhance water and UV resistance. There may be a slight odor when it leaves the factory. After receiving it, simply open the umbrella and hang it for some time, and the odor will disappear. Please use it with confidence.
Regarding wrinkles: After production, the umbrella is folded and packed tightly, so there may be some wrinkles after opening, similar to clothing.
Regarding sewing holes: Since the umbrella surface is sewn from triangular pieces, sewing holes may remain, especially in coated fabric. Generally, this does not affect use. However, if exposed to water, water may seep through the holes. Currently, there is no solution to this issue in the industry; we hope you understand.
Regarding the umbrella stem shaking: To ensure easy handling, there is space between the frame and stem, so slight shaking is normal and has no impact on usability or stability.
