(1) Are the listed items in stock? What if they are not available?
All of our products are available for immediate sale. The items displayed on the page that allow ordering are in stock, so please feel free to purchase. Due to the wide variety of products and high daily sales, they have not been removed from the site promptly.
We apologize for the stock shortage. We will contact you by phone or Wangwang to resolve this issue.
Our store specializes in wholesale. For products that are out of stock by just a few yuan, we will directly switch to another color or remove them from the inventory, and send the remaining items instead. No replacements will be provided for the out-of-stock items.
(2) We have already made the payment. When will the shipment be made, and how long will it take to receive the goods?
Due to the high daily shipment volume, we will ship the items in order of payment within 72 hours after your payment is confirmed. The delivery time may be affected by distance, weather conditions, and other uncertainties.
(3) What should we do if the received product has quality issues or is out of stock?
If there are shortages or quality issues with the items after receiving them, please contact customer service promptly within three days. In case of quality problems, please take pictures immediately after receiving the items and send them to customer service.
I have received the item, but I don’t like it very much. Can I return or exchange it?
If you are not satisfied or do not like the product, you may return or exchange it provided you have not used it and it does not affect secondary sales. The shipping cost is at your own expense.
(4) The following situations do not allow returns
The packaged returned product is damaged or incomplete, and the accessories or relevant documents are missing.
Unauthorized repair or modification;
C was not used or stored according to proper procedures;
Products with a post-sale service period;
Seasonal products will not be refunded after the expiration date (e.g., mosquito repellent items in summer, warm clothing items in winter).
For products that have already been removed from our store, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
Regarding after-sales service
a) Items damaged due to human factors (such as unauthorized repairs, misuse, collisions, negligence, abuse, accidents, modifications, or incorrect installation), items with incomplete packaging, and items that have been reprocessed – we will not accept returns.
b) Since the factory may modify the product packaging based on production conditions, the outer packaging and images on the website may differ from those of previously purchased items. This is not considered a quality issue, and we do not accept returns due to this reason; you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
c) Multi-color and diverse products are randomly mixed by default. The company will do its best to meet the product colors and styles specified by customers in the order notes. If the warehouse inventory does not match the customer's requirements for a specific order, we do not accept returns due to this reason. The return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
d) Reasons related to personal preferences (smell, color, model, appearance) will not result in a return; if the buyer believes there is an issue with the product quality, please provide a legally recognized written assessment; otherwise, a return will not be accepted, and the return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
