1. Mixed orders are supported. When the amount reaches 66 yuan or there are 5 products, mixed orders can be added. Generally, an order worth around 500 yuan is processed as one shipment. For orders below 66 yuan, we have the right not to ship them.
2. If a shipping company is specified, please note the shipping company’s pickup address and phone number in the order details. For orders without a specified shipping company, we will arrange shipping for you, but we cannot guarantee that the pickup point is close to you; it usually only reaches the city center (e.g., Guangzhou, Guangdong Province). The shipping must be picked up in person by the customer, and the fees charged by different shipping companies vary. We provide a fee reference, and generally, the shipping cost is paid by the recipient. We are not responsible for or charge any fees related to the shipping. It is recommended that customers find a shipping partner they have used before.
3. Generally, shipping takes about 1–2 days after payment. Due to our wide variety of products and the complexity of packaging, the inventory allocation process is very demanding. Please understand each other; we will arrange for the warehouse to prepare and send out your order as soon as possible! If there is a shortage, please note “Please notify me if there is a shortage” in the order message.
4. Regarding after-sales issues, please check the quantity and quality of the goods within 48 hours after receiving the product. If any problems occur, report them immediately to the after-sales customer service for handling. Please verify the quantity and quality of the goods in person, as well as whether the packaging is intact. If there are any missing or damaged items, contact our customer service on the spot before signing for delivery for confirmation. If no inspection or signature is taken, we shall not be responsible. Please exercise your rights as a consumer! Protect your own interests! We adopt a low-volume, high-margin business model. If accessories are damaged during transportation, we will provide replacement accessories free of charge when you reorder next time. However, for products that cannot be repaired, the costs associated with returns, exchanges, and accessory replacements shall be borne by the buyer. The probability of damage is very low, and we will package the products properly to prevent damage. Please accept this order again!
5. Products from different batches may differ in patterns, colors, or packaging boxes; this will be determined upon receipt. All items in this store are handmade; minor flaws or scratches are not considered quality issues. If you prefer to observe minor scratches from the reflective side, we recommend visiting a physical store for selection and purchase. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
6. Regarding returns and exchanges:
① Returns due to quality issues: If the buyer needs to return the product due to personal reasons, the damage caused by the return shipping will result in significant losses. In such cases, a 20% discount on the original price will be given for a refund. We do not provide returns due to quality issues after more than 1 month. If it is truly impossible, please contact our customer service. Note: (The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For items with free shipping, we will charge the shipping cost at the time of delivery.)
② Returns due to product quality issues: If the total weight of the defective product reaches 20KG, the shipping costs for the return will be covered by this store (please contact online customer service to determine how to send the item). If you wish to return the product early beyond the weight requirement, the shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
③ Damage during transportation: Please check the package carefully in front of the logistics or courier staff when receiving it. The box is elastic, while plastic toys are not, so there may be damage to both the outer packaging and the contents. Please verify the goods before signing for delivery. 5% damage to the product is within normal limits, and we will offer a service to replace parts for a new order, but not a separate replacement. Transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by weather, vehicle arrangements, traffic conditions, and other factors, and such delays cannot be used as a reason for return.
