III. Regarding the minimum order quantity:

All products in this store must be ordered in quantities of at least one box per style! For a few specific products, the minimum order quantity exceeds 5 boxes, and our sales staff will inform you during the negotiation process!
IV. Regarding Shipping:

After the payment or deposit is received, we will start production as soon as possible. The production time is typically around 1–7 days. For some orders, inventory preparation may take longer; please order in advance based on actual circumstances to avoid delaying delivery.
5. Regarding Transportation:

The delivery method can be arranged according to customer requirements, including logistics, freight, or express services. The shipping fee may be paid at receipt or we can provide a reference amount. The arrival time varies depending on the distance, transportation conditions, and delivery method in each region. For specific details, please confirm with our sales staff or the carrier. The transportation is carried out by third-party logistics companies, which are beyond our control. Delivery time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions. The delivery time we provide to you is only for reference by the logistics provider and shall not constitute part of the contract nor serve as a reason for return.
6. Receiving Standards:

1. When receiving the goods, the buyer should inspect the items and count the quantity in person with the shipping company staff. If any issues are found (severe deformation of the outer box, damage, broken or missing sealing tape, incomplete sealing, obvious signs of opening or unpacking, missing items, etc.), please negotiate a solution and compensation with the shipping company. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us at the freight station, and we will do our best to assist in solving it. If the problems are not reported promptly, they will be accepted without objection.

2. Our company will use strong packaging and tight stacking methods to prevent damage. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. However, we will strive to assist customers in resolving issues. It is recommended to purchase insurance during transportation.
Emphasis: We do not accept returns or refunds. (For products with quality issues at the factory, a replacement may be negotiated, but the shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. Our quotes are factory prices without any fees.)
7. After-sales Service:

1. All products undergo strict testing, and only those that meet quality standards are released from the factory. Issues arising after use are not covered by liability; however, our company will do its best to assist in resolving them within our capabilities.

2. Due to the special nature of toys, which cannot be compared with home appliances, our products do not come with the three guarantees. Special products are handled in accordance with the relevant agreements reached between our customer service staff and customers.

3. If there are serious quality issues with individual items, please provide images and other evidence within 24 hours after receiving the goods (no responsibility will be assumed beyond this time). Our company will arrange a solution based on the actual situation. For example, if accessories can resolve the issue, we will send them along with the ordered items during the next order; if the entire product needs to be returned for a solution, please return the complete product, but the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer. The returned product will be sent together with the next order placed by the customer.
8. Disclaimer Clauses:

1. All goods are produced and shipped based on customer orders. Most of the product materials are plastic, while the packaging is made of paper. During transportation, some products may experience minor damage due to transport, such as slight scratches from collisions or slight deformation in colored box packaging. However, no severe damage has been reported so far. Buyers who are concerned should consider carefully before placing an order.

2. 95% of our products are photographed in real life, which reflects the product’s nature more accurately. Any slight differences from the actual items due to lighting or photography quality are normal. If the buyer feels the craftsmanship is rough, there are defects, the material is not good, or it does not match expectations after receiving the goods, these are not considered quality issues. If you find the images not clear enough, please consult us before purchasing.

3. Due to factors such as market changes, the seller may adjust the color of the product and outer packaging, as well as the packaging method. Please refer to the actual situation.

4. All dimensions are measured manually, and a deviation of 1–2 CM is normal.

5. All promotional products do not offer return or exchange services.
