1. Instructions on Returns
After opening the product seal, it will affect secondary sales, and returns are not supported after opening. When returned to the warehouse, the boxes will be inspected uniformly, and opened items will be directly rejected and returned. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Factors Affecting UV Resin Curing
The artwork is too thick; the UV light power is too low, and the exposure time is insufficient, so only one side was illuminated.
III. Instructions on UV adhesive curing
1. Please use ultraviolet lamps with a wavelength of 365–395 nm for curing:
·6W UV lamp: For works with a thickness of 2mm, irradiate both sides for 3–4 minutes each
·72W UV lamp: Works for pieces with a thickness of 2mm, 2 minutes exposure on each side
2. If colorant, glitter, or various decorations are added, it is recommended to extend the exposure time appropriately to ensure complete curing.
⚠️ Note: It will generate heat during the curing process, and the surface will become sticky without cooling. Do not touch it or remove the mold immediately. Please allow it to cool for 5 minutes before removing the mold.
