5: Time Note: For advertising cups customized by customers in quantities under 1000 pieces, the printing of the logo takes approximately 2 days.

6: Shipping Instructions: This product does not include shipping fees. Customers nationwide can choose either express delivery with pay-at-delivery or logistics service with prepaid fees (please rest assured, pay-at-delivery is more expensive, while both options have the same price). The cost and time of shipping vary by location. Shipping fees are based on the actual amount collected by the shipping company. We will select a shipping provider that offers affordable fees; generally, shipping costs range from 1% to 5% of the actual payment amount.

7: Sample Instructions: To avoid disrupting the market order, products are supplied in bulk. If distribution customers need samples, they must pay for the samples and shipping costs. For details, please contact customer service.

8: Delivery receipt instructions: In case of any loss during shipping, please inspect the package before receiving it (check for damage and correct quantity) when signing for delivery.
