Regarding shipping, logistics, and delivery acceptance
1. Please check the product carefully when receiving it. Especially if the outer packaging is damaged, make sure all items are present before signing for delivery. If there is any discrepancy in the quantity, please refrain from signing for delivery and contact us. We will then communicate with the courier company to resolve the issue. If the quantity is incorrect after receipt, we have the right not to accept the delivery. Please keep this in mind.
2. Regarding quality issues, we guarantee the product quality and packaging at the time of delivery. However, since we cannot avoid any damage during transportation, in case of unexpected damage, both parties will need to negotiate a solution. We hope you understand this. Therefore, please contact our customer service within 12 hours after receipt. We will provide compensation for partial damage or other return/refund options based on the actual situation. If a return is required, both parties will share the cost equally, regardless of the number of items. Buyers can enjoy long-term cooperation, as multiple returns can result in a more favorable deal.
3. This manufacturer provides wholesale direct sales; no exchanges or returns are accepted. In case of quality issues, we can offer replacements or refunds. If there are no quality problems, refunds or exchanges are not allowed! For toy products, especially electronic items, occasional breaks or lack of welding due to logistics may occur, which is normal. We cannot guarantee 100% without issues, but we can ensure 90% are of acceptable quality~~

1. What should I do if the product has quality issues or defects?
All products sold by the factory are best-selling items. As a prerequisite for being best-selling products, quality is of utmost importance! Since it is a wholesale transaction with a large volume of shipments, we can only randomly inspect the quality and appearance of some individual products; it is impossible to check every single item for any minor defects. Potential issues may include:
①Product sent incorrectly:The warehouse team checked and verified the orders twice from receiving the order to shipping, but it’s still possible that the wrong product is shipped sometimes. You can try selling them. The products on Alibaba are generally easy to sell. If there’s a price difference, please contact customer service to get it refunded.
②Product quality issues:Most issues can be resolved through simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or fixing the wire connections. When selling toys, it’s important to know how to repair them. Some spare parts for products can be repaired, and we will provide those parts; for specific details, please contact customer service. Spare parts must be supplied during the next purchase; if immediate replacement is needed, the shipping cost must be borne by the buyer.
③Packaging is damaged due to shipping and logistics pressure:We will use double-layer packaging, cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to prevent damage. The transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. We will not be responsible for any damage caused due to transportation issues. Please check the packages in person with the logistics or courier!! (Insured logistics providers like Xinbang can claim compensation, while regular logistics usually do not; please be aware of this.) Transportation time is affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions. This cannot be used as a reason for returns, but we are obligated to assist customers in resolving issues arising from logistics delivery. (Details are provided under the return conditions)
④The product has minor defects:We do not produce high-end products, handicrafts, artworks, or electrical devices—only ordinary toys. The detailed product information includes all relevant details about the product. Perfectionists or those with strict product requirements, please reconsider your approach—opt for a more elegant and refined solution.
However, please do not mention Taobao. Also, please explain how the wholesale market was resolved. Know that this is Alibaba, and we engage in wholesale business. Taobao The same product can be sold several times higher than usual, while we have only added a few percentage points. Those who are not involved in wholesale cannot follow the wholesale regulations. Please be cautious when placing orders if you are particular about details!!
