Return and Exchange Policy

1. The following situations allow returns and exchanges

When applying for a return or exchange, please take photos first and contact our customer service for coordination. If our company confirms it is indeed a quality issue, the shipping cost will be covered by us. We do not accept payment upon delivery; please cover the shipping cost first. 2. The following situations do not allow return or exchange
