1: Regarding how many batches, is mixed ordering supported? Are there any restrictions on the amount? How is the shipping cost calculated?
 
All products can be ordered in the above quantities, with no limit on amount! Mixed orders are supported! Alipay transactions are also accepted!
 
We specify the weight for each product. When placing an order, the shipping cost is automatically calculated by the system, but there may be a slight discrepancy. If there are any issues, please contact customer service promptly.
 
 
2: Is it randomly selected when shipping, or can the style be chosen?
 
Regarding style and color issues, mixed styles will be sent by default during order fulfillment. If you have specific requirements, please note the style or color in the remarks (there is a field for notes when placing the order; enter the model number and style, for example: A2: Black). We will try our best to fulfill your requests, but some items may be missing. We hope you can understand. Large items should be noted in the comments, while small items will be sent randomly. Colors and styles are also sent randomly, but you can leave notes; we will try to match them according to your notes. If a color or style is missing, we will send it randomly. Please accept our apologies! There is a field for notes when placing the order.
 
3: Customers who need to check items or view orders should send their Alibaba account to customer service for easier tracking. The Alibaba account refers to the login account located in the upper left corner of the Alibaba page.
 
How long will it take to get there?
 
In Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, it usually arrives in 1–2 days; in Anhui, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing, and Tianjin, it usually takes 2–3 days. For other regions, it takes 3–5 days, 4–7 days for remote areas, and 3–7 days for logistics outside the province!
 
5: When will the shipment be delivered?
 
Regarding shipping: All deliveries are collected uniformly at 8 PM. Orders placed that day are usually shipped the next day or the day after. There are many other orders to process first, and many customers need to reshoot photos or change addresses, so we will arrange everything before sending out the package! We will arrange shipping as soon as possible! We hope you can understand. The courier companies we use are SNT Express, TianTian, Xinfeng, and Post Small Package.
