8. Question: I need some very urgent products. How long will it take for me to get them?
A: -For printing products, we can produce them within 3 days
- For products without paint colors, we can produce them within 5 days
- For products with 1 color or 2 simple colors, we can produce them within 7 days
- For any additional products, please send your designs and quantities to our sales department to obtain the lead time.
9.Q: My package was lost or damaged due to courier services (UPS / TNT / DHL / FEDEX). What should I do?
If you haven’t received the package promptly, please contact us at any time, and we will track its location for you.
- If you receive it but it breaks, with part or all of the product damaged or missing, please take a photo and refuse the signature, then send us the photo. If needed, we will contact the courier to claim compensation and produce the product for you free of charge.
10.Q: I received my product, but it is incorrect. What should I do?
A: -First, our factory confirms the production of products based on your artworks and orders. Therefore, please ensure that the artworks and orders you sell are exactly what you desire.
