[Buyer Notes]
1. For standard glasses, only one OPP bag/ sealing pocket is provided. For children’s glasses, typically one box (paper box) is supplied every 24 pieces. For other types of glasses, usually one box is provided every 12, 16, or 20 pieces (for detailed packaging details, please consult customer service). Except for some high-end sunglasses and high-end polarized glasses for children, which come with packaging (please refer to the product description for specifics). If customers require packaging and are willing to pay extra, please consult customer service.
2. Each product has a specified minimum order quantity. For products that support small-scale wholesale, you can mix orders as long as the total cost of a single purchase reaches 100 yuan or meets the threshold of 5 payments.
Mixed orders refer to cases where the amount or quantity meets the specified requirements, with no limit on the quantity per item; colors and specifications can be chosen freely.
3. Before purchasing, please try to learn as much about the product as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to contact via Wangwang or leave a message, or you can also leave a message with the seller when placing the order, including a note.
4. After purchasing the item, the seller will ship it within 48 hours. Orders placed before 4 PM will be shipped using the store’s default Yuntong delivery service; for Shunfeng and local deliveries, payment is required at the destination. For any other shipping options, please contact customer service to pay the additional fee. If there are delays, contact customer service; for large orders, logistics services can be used.
5. Most of the products in our store are available immediately upon order; however, if any items are out of stock, we will contact you promptly. Please inquire about sizes and colors clearly before purchasing. Buyers are advised to communicate promptly to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings due to incomplete or inaccurate information. We apologize for any inconvenience!
6. All products in this store are photographed in real life. Due to factors such as shooting conditions and lighting, there may be slight color differences between the actual items and the photos. Any color variations caused by differences in monitors or camera exposure are also acceptable; the final decision should be based on the actual color of the items.
7. Our store offers a 7-day return and exchange policy; quality issues are covered for replacement or refund, with the shipping costs incurred both ways to be borne by the seller.
Returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues (provided the item is brand new, unused, and suitable for resale), with the return shipping cost borne by the buyer.
All returns and exchanges must be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving the item, and the item must be sent back within 72 hours; no action will be taken after the deadline.
8. When you receive the package, please do not rush to sign on the delivery receipt. Be sure to inspect it on the spot in front of the courier. If there is any damage or shortage in the items, please refuse to accept it!
And contact the shopkeeper on the spot (the contact number is listed on the delivery slip). Once you sign, it means you acknowledge the quantity and condition of the goods; the shopkeeper will not be able to claim compensation from the courier company for the buyers!

9. Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases: occasional small bubbles, scratches, minor defects, and other issues that do not affect sales are not considered quality problems. All eyewear manufacturers cannot avoid such issues; there is no 100% perfect product. Defects caused by human error, color variations in products, slow shipping, and poor service from logistics companies are also not covered. Issues based on buyer’s subjective judgment (such as not liking it, it differs from what was imagined, it differs from other brands, materials do not meet expectations, poor feel, lack of style, etc.) are also not accepted. There may be differences in color between shipments; due to different batches each time, it is difficult to ensure that the product color matches exactly with the previous batch. Other reasons include unwillingness to sell, difficulty in selling, inability to sell, being caught by urban management, and other similar situations.
10. When using glasses, handle them gently and put them on and take them off with both hands. First attach the left lens, then the right one. When storing the glasses, avoid letting the convex surface of the lenses come into contact with hard objects; it is best to store them in a glasses case.
If the glasses get dirty, use a special cloth designed for resin lenses for cleaning. Since regular cloth fibers are loose and can absorb sand particles, this may cause wear on the lenses. Also, do not use napkins to clean them.
Instead, first rinse the lenses thoroughly with clean water, and then gently wipe them with a specialized lens cloth.
