If you have your own designer, you can first prepare your design files and then send them to us for printing.
For documents, it is best to prepare them in the following way:
File Format:
We accept file formats such as CDR and AI; these are the best design files for printing. PSD, PDF, JPG, and PNG are also acceptable, but the resolution must be higher than 400DP, otherwise the image quality will significantly decline..
Outline:
The contour means changing words into paths or curves.
Due to the incomplete matching of font styles for words across different computers, it may be lost or altered when opened on various systems. Therefore, to ensure the correct font and avoid losing your symbols and text, it is necessary to prepare your stamping-ready design in advance.
Bleeding:
Bleeding refers to the part that will be trimmed off when the product is cut to its final size.
To achieve perfect cutting of the product, blood must be drawn to ensure no white lines appear on the edge of the item.
We require that the construction of all documents specifies a full bleeding dimension for each trimming size.
We will automatically trim the bleeding on each side, which will result in the required trimming dimensions.
Generally, the drain tube has a thickness of 0.125” (3 millimeters) on all four sides. Therefore, when creating the file, please construct a printable digital file by adding appropriate bleed.
Crop Marking:
Please construct your printable digital file by adding cropping markers—lines indicating where the paper should be cut to achieve the correct dimensions.
Safety Zone:
All key elements (text, images, logos, etc.) must remain within the edge by at least 0.125” (3 millimeters). During trimming, anything close to the edge may be cut off.
After confirming the order, you will receive a similar sample we previously produced for quality inspection. The samples are free of charge, but the shipping cost must be paid by your side.
If you would like a real printing sample designed by yourself, we will charge a sample fee.
What if there are issues with the product after receiving it?
Due to color variations that always occur in printed products, we cannot guarantee to avoid this issue, but we will take photos for you to check before shipping.
If there are other major mistakes we made during the production process, we will reproduce it for you free of charge.
