If the guest encounters quality issues after receiving the goods or if the mistake is on our side and results in the wrong shipment, we will provide a free exchange or return of the item (please use standard shipping; we will cover the return shipping costs). If you return the item without contacting our customer service, only the payment amount will be refunded, and we will not cover the shipping costs. Only 80% of the total payment amount will be refunded!
Our store's definition of 【quality issues】:
1. Issues that affect usability or aesthetics (such as holes or detachment of hardware) are all considered quality problems.
2. Any shortage, fading, quantity issues, etc. in the bags are all considered quality problems.
3. Whether the bag zipper pull fails to close or cannot be opened is considered a quality issue, but damage caused by improper use of the zipper or issues that can be resolved independently do not count as quality problems.
4. Other issues such as minor printing marks, chalk marks, threads, small pinholes, or slight rust on metal parts are not considered quality problems.
5. The bag has loose threads or uneven stitching; there are a few loose threads as well. The color of the actual bag differs slightly from the image online, and it is not as good as expected. None of these are quality issues.
6. Damage to the bag caused by excessive load is not considered a quality issue.
7. Deformation and damage caused by high temperatures, direct sunlight, or rain, along with high-temperature dyeing, do not constitute quality issues.
8. Any deformation or damage caused by force majeure events (such as earthquakes, theft, traffic accidents, etc.) does not constitute a quality issue.
9. Changes in leather texture or cracks that occur due to lack of proper care during use (especially for genuine leather products) do not constitute quality issues.
10. The bag has an odd smell. Due to the large volume of shipments, we pack new items promptly every day. Sometimes the edges may not be fully dry yet; after just a few days, the smell naturally disappears. This is not a quality issue.
11. Zipper cotton lining material (Due to differences in bag color, production batches, zipper heads, and lining, there may be variations). These do not constitute quality issues.
12. Due to differences in packaging batches, there may be variations such as (differences in the pattern color, thickness of the base material, and zipper fabric color) — these do not constitute quality issues.
3. For bulk wholesale customers, the terms shall be based on oral or written agreements with customer service. If goods are returned due to customer preferences or other reasons, the customer must bear the return shipping costs. For in-stock items with large quantities, we can only refund up to 30% of the goods.
