Regarding shipping

After placing an order and making payment before 3:30 p.m., shipments are typically made on the same day. Under normal circumstances, delivery is completed within 48 hours. If there are many orders, delivery may take up to 72 hours. (Large quantities require delivery according to the specified schedule.) If there are special circumstances that prevent delivery, we will contact you immediately. We can control the delivery time, but cannot influence the arrival speed. Various issues may occur during transportation; please understand this.

Generally, shipments are sent via Zhongtong, Shentong, or Jitouyu; there is also options via the postal service (additional cost must be paid for postal delivery). For larger quantities, Debang Express is usually used.

If you need to arrange shipping, please contact customer service to modify the shipping cost. All shipping fees are pay-at-delivery (plus the Huolala shipping fee).

Regarding delivery

Please carefully check the surrounding area of the box when receiving it. If you notice severe deformation or damage to the outer box, broken or missing sealing tape, incomplete sealing adhesive, or clear signs of opening or unpacking, please unpack and inspect the goods in person! If there is any shortage or damage, do not take the goods away yet. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, after signing for the delivery, it will be considered accepted without any issues.

1. Exchange or return if there is no quality issue;

If the return is required due to the buyer's personal reasons, since the damaged items caused by return shipping will result in significant losses, a 20% discount on the original price will be given for a refund. If the return is more than seven days after delivery, we do not provide returns or exchanges without quality issues. Note: (The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For items with free shipping, we will charge the shipping cost at the time of delivery)

2. Returns and exchanges due to quality issues:

The shipping cost for both sending and returning the product if the cumulative weight reaches 20KG due to quality issues will be borne by this store (for details on whether to send via courier or logistics, please contact online customer service). If you wish to return the product early without meeting the weight requirement, the return shipping costs shall be covered by the buyer.

3. Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please ensure the unpacking and inspection are done in front of the logistics or delivery staff when receiving the goods. The cardboard box is elastic, while the plastic toys are not, so there is a possibility that the outer box may remain intact but the contents could be damaged. Please verify the items before signing for delivery. 5% damage to the product is within normal limits; we will provide a service to send additional parts for repair upon reordering, but not a separate replacement. The transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
