2. For the products that require revision, please fill in the details accurately (specify the contact person's name, address, phone number, and the specific issue with the product). We will return the products to you based on the contact address you provide.
3. The return revision shipping cost shall be split evenly between the parties, and the received item will not be accepted.
Exchange issue:
1. Different products all have corresponding warranty periods (usually ranging from 3 months to 1 year). If quality issues occur within the warranty period and are not caused by human damage, new units can be replaced (depending on the extent of physical damage to the product’s appearance). 2. For unsold products by the buyer, if return or exchange is required (the prerequisite for return or exchange must be that the goods remain intact with no signs of damage or wear), the buyer must contact our staff within 15 days after receiving the goods to resolve the issue, and the shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer. If the specified time limit is exceeded and there are no quality issues with the product, return or exchange is not allowed.
3. Damage caused by human action or damaged packaging; no return or exchange is allowed, but special cases can be discussed.
4. The buyer received the product and found issues (such as incorrect model number, missing accessories, etc.). Please contact us within 24 hours after receipt.
Transaction Instructions:
1. If you purchase a small number of individual items, you can directly place the order and send the payment to Alipay. There is no need for notification; the shop owner will ship the items promptly based on the information you provided. If the shipping cost is insufficient, the shop owner will notify you online to cover the remaining cost before shipping.
2. If you need to purchase multiple items, please contact the shop owner to adjust the shipping fee. When purchasing multiple items, they will be shipped together (without exceeding the weight limit), and only one actual shipping fee will be charged.
3. The shop owner cannot be online on WeChat for 24 hours; we will respond promptly after going online. If urgent, you can contact us by phone or SMS.
4. If you selected regular postage, please wait patiently. Generally, items arrive across the country in about 7–14 days after shipment; if the item has not arrived after 30 days, please consult for assistance.
5. Our store generally uses ShenTong Express, AnNeng, and Xinfeng Logistics for shipping. If you need delivery to other areas or prefer another transportation method, please contact us in advance for coordination.
6. If there are any issues before the customer makes a purchase, please try to contact us by phone. We can respond quickly to your phone inquiries. If there are issues with the quantity or quality of the items, the buyer should request the logistics company to provide a valid certificate, take photos of the scene, and contact our store promptly. Our store will handle the situation as appropriate.
10. Warranty and After-sales Service (Five-Star)
If any quality issues occur within 7 days from the date of receipt, please contact the shop owner promptly. Our store will waive the return shipping fees to replace the product with a new one for the buyer. If quality issues arise within 3 months, both parties shall bear their own shipping costs. After 3 months, the buyer is responsible for the return warranty shipping costs.
