★Regarding hair removal issues
Hey, did you find that the fur has fallen off after receiving the item? Please don’t worry, the plush toy itself doesn’t shed fur.
Since these are new products, there may be some fluff and fillers.
After receiving it, gently tap and shake it a few times, and the fluff will be removed.
★Regarding size issues
All items are measured in physical condition; the plush toys themselves are soft, so there may be some deviation (approximately between 3 centimeters).
★Regarding packaging issues
We use faux fur vacuum devices for vacuuming and packing, as the faux fur toys themselves have a relatively large volume.
Only after taking time to transport can the product be better protected, so the product received may be slightly different from what is described.
