【Shipping and Delivery】
Shipping time: Under normal circumstances, orders placed and paid for by 16:00 the same day will be shipped on the same day. Orders paid after 16:00 will be shipped the next day. Note: There is no absolute guarantee; for orders with out-of-stock items, our store will restock and ship them within 2–3 days. In case of special circumstances, the shipping time will be determined through mutual coordination.
Shipping method: By default, our company uses Yuantong shipping. The shipping fee is 5-8 yuan within the province. Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan can be shipped via SF Express with payment to be made by the recipient. International shipments use standard postal services, registered mail, E-Parcel, or agency shipping, which incurs an additional operation fee. Please confirm the exact shipping cost with customer service.
Customer service hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00–21:00. Weekends: 9:00–18:00. Normal shipping is available on weekends. Legal holidays follow the announced schedule.
【Regarding Out of Stock】
Due to the continuous increase in product styles, some styles may be selling extremely well or still in production at the factory, leading to temporary supply shortages. If any products become unavailable after ordering, we will contact customers online immediately. If no response is received or timely reply is not possible, please contact us promptly so that the items can be delivered to you. After receiving the goods, you can request a refund for the missing items. If there are many items in short supply, we will wait for your decision before making further arrangements (generally, you can choose to wait or have some items shipped first).
【Regarding Product Returns and Exchanges】
If there are any issues with the product quality, please contact us promptly within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Although we conduct manual inspections for each shipment (including packing, packaging inspection, and QC testing), it is impossible to inspect every single item. Some styles inevitably have inherent quality problems. Therefore, if there are any quality issues, please contact us first to provide pictures or a list for clarification. We guarantee that we will provide a replacement service for any defective items within 45 days of receipt. So there is no need to worry—we will replace the item as soon as it is within 45 days. (There is no need to rush for a replacement even if a small issue appears after receipt; the associated shipping costs are a significant waste of resources and time for both parties.)
For one natural month, our store only offers one free shipping option for exchanges. (For example, if you exchange products multiple times within a month, we will only cover the shipping cost for one of them; the remaining shipping costs must be paid by you.) We will cover a refund of 10 yuan for return and exchange shipping costs. Please pay the shipping fee in advance when returning the item. After we receive the item, we will refund the shipping fee to you or offset it from the purchase price. (Our store does not accept any form of cash-on-delivery shipments.) We reject all cash-on-delivery items.

【Price under Platform Event】
Pre-event price: (1) In non-distribution scenarios, it refers to the selling price of products before the pre-warm-up period of platform events (excluding events in distribution scenarios); (2) In distribution scenarios, it specifically refers to the selling price of products before the pre-warm-up period of distribution events (if there is no pre-warm-up period, it refers to the peak period).
The aforementioned price does not include various purchasing allowances, cross-store coupons, red envelopes, and other discounts provided by the platform, nor does it include sales incentives such as discount promotions set by merchants, coupons, store rebates, store member discounts, L-member prices, or special discounts for specific customer groups; this price may include other discounts not related to platform activities (including individual product discounts set by merchants for non-targeted groups), and ultimately subject to the merchant’s own settings. The selling price of the aforementioned products refers to the listed price displayed on the product page on that day; if the merchant adjusts the selling price multiple times during the day, the last displayed selling price will be used.
【Price under non-platform activities】
Struck Price: Refers to the price of the product by the merchant during marketing activities. This price does not include any platform discounts or promotions. It may be the recommended selling price or the previously displayed selling price of the product, and is not the original price; it is for reference only.
Unmarked price: This is the selling price set by the seller on the 1688 platform. The actual transaction price may vary due to various discounts offered by the seller, and it is subject to the price on the order settlement page.
[Release Price]
This refers to the price after the merchant sets the selling mark price on the 1688 platform and applies the L member discount, not the original price; it is for reference only.
