1. I would like to know how the shipping cost is calculated?
Answer: The weight is clearly stated for each product. When placing the order, the shipping cost is automatically calculated by the system, and there may be a slight discrepancy. If there are any issues, please contact customer service promptly. For remote areas, shipments over 4 KG can be sent by freight; please contact customer service to adjust the shipping cost.
2. Are the images on your website in stock?
Answer: All of our products are available in stock. The items displayed on the page that can be purchased are all in stock, so please feel free to buy. Due to the wide variety of products and high daily sales volume, there may be occasional shortages caused by some products not being removed from the shelves promptly. 3. Can the product have different styles or colors?
Answer: Regarding style and color issues, mixed styles are provided by default during order fulfillment. If you have specific requirements, please note the style or color in the notes (there is a field for notes when placing the order; include the model number and style). 4. I have already made the payment. When can the shipment be made? How long will it take to receive the goods?
Answer: We will ship the items in order of payment within 24 hours after your payment is confirmed. Shipping time may vary depending on distance, weather conditions, and the operational procedures of different courier services. Generally, it takes 1–2 days for shipments in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai; 2–3 days for Anhui, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing, and Tianjin. For other regions, it takes 3–5 days, and in remote areas, 4–7 days. Logistics outside the province usually take 3–7 days!
