Shipping cost issue: We default to Yuantong shipping; if you prefer another carrier, please contact us. For logistics, we choose "transit" delivery, which can generally be sent to all provinces across the country. Compared to express shipping, it is slower but the cost is lower. We do not cover the shipping costs for express deliveries; however, for logistics, payments are usually made upon delivery, and we typically use logistics services when the quantity is large.

After-sales issues: 1. Products undergo testing before leaving the factory, but some defects may still occur. If you receive any defective items, please collect them and send them back for replacement at once (the shipping cost for the replacement item will be paid by the buyer, while the return shipping cost will be covered by the seller).

2. The basic warranty for the product is 1 month; customers with long-term cooperation receive extended warranties. Replacements are not provided for intentional damage, such as scratches, aging, or color changes in wires.

3. For the repaired headphones, each one must have a note indicating the issue attached to the packaging bag. Headphones without such a note will not be eligible for repair service.
